Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery of Exchanges
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Insurance
If you are returning an item valued over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of tracking.
